Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Abu Kass basmati rice
- 2 large cans of tuna drained from oil
- 100 gm of boiled broccoli
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- Chopped tomato
Instructions:In a large bowl add the basmati rice with the canned tuna, then add the chopped broccoli, salt, pepper, sweet corn and chopped tomato, mix well, then serve.
